ViewPoint PUBLISH is an optional browser-based module that provides multi-user support for publishing including the following capabilities:

• Intelligent rendering of multiple file formats to the industry standard, PDF (Portable Document Format)
• Concatenation, bookmarking and hyperlinking of PDF documents
• Volumization of paper documents using configurable rules according to page count
• Automatic creation of Table of Contents (TOC) and insertion of Tab Sheets & Slip Sheets
• Automatic scaling of page sizes (US Letter to A4 for US and EU submissions)
• Conversion of cross references for hyperlinks on the page to support paper submission navigation
• Additional document finishing features such as headers/footers, page numbering
• Print instructions (job ticket information for the Docutech) are embedded directly into the PDF file so transformation to postscript is not required
